Urban Design Studio:
This project was a semester long project for me in collaboration with the Alfred State Fall 2017 Urban Design Studio. The project was an adaptive reuse of The Eastern Hills Mall located in Clarence, New York. For this project, we took this decaying building and transformed it into a technology based lifestyle center with a focus on accessibility for people of all abilities.
This lifestyle center features residential, retail, and business occupancies with public amenities. This site also featured restrictive vehicular access, NAVI public transit, and zero step walkways and roads to promote sustainable means of movement throughout the site.
Done in collaboration with the Dr. Bitterman's Urban Design Studio 5 Class of Fall 2017.
Programs: Autodesk AutoCAD 2016, Autodesk Revit 2017, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp Pro, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Illustrator, & Lumion 8.3 Pro Student.
